I made this card for ScrapStreet's "Slush Punch" challenge using Laura's Sketch 60 at 2S4U.

This is my first time making a flower from ribbon. I used some printed organza ribbon, but I was not impressed with the result. However, layering it on top of a felt flower made it pop! I like how it turned out.
I kept the rest of the card very simple. Here is a closer look:

Supplies: Paper: My Mind's Eye, Card Base: Halcraft, Ribbon: Michaels, Felt Flower: Creative Café, Button: BasicGrey, Rub-On: Daisy D's, Stamp: My Sentiments Exactly, Ink: Rubber Stampede, Pen: ZIG Memory System (Kuretake), Other: cardstock, thread.

What a pretty card! The colors are great and the flower is beautiful! You really should consider entering the challenges over at Papercraft Star they are offering a lot of prizes right now too! Oh and they post all of their challenges weeks in advance to give crafters a head start!
